How can i get started with ScaledPay?
You can start by applying through our website. Once approved, you’ll get access to our dashboard and onboarding team who will guide you through setting up your payment gateway.
What are your processing fees?
Our standard rate is 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction, matching Stripe’s pricing — but with significantly better stability and service.
What platforms does ScaledPay integrate with?
We seamlessly integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, custom-coded stores, and more. No clunky third-party checkout redirects — everything stays native to your site.
Is there any setup fees?
Nope. We believe in a clean, founder-friendly experience — no setup fees, no monthly fees, no hidden junk.
How quickly do I get paid?
You can choose standard payouts (1–2 business days) or instant payouts for a small additional fee — so you control your cash flow.
What countries do you support?
Currently, we support businesses incorporated in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and select parts of Europe. We’re actively expanding to more countries.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes! You can accept payments from customers worldwide and get settled in your home currency, helping you avoid costly conversion fees.
Is there a risk of sudden account freezes or bans?
We pre-approve your store and brand, meaning unless there is clear fraud or criminal activity, we don’t randomly freeze or ban accounts.
What happens if there's a chargeback?
We help you fight chargebacks with our internal dispute team. Plus, our built in chargeback midigation tools help you prevent & fight chargebacks with ease.
Can I customize my checkout page?
Yes! Our checkout is fully customizable so it matches your brand’s look and feel — giving your customers a seamless, trusted buying experience.
How secure is ScaledPay?
Security is non-negotiable. We are fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, and all transactions are encrypted end-to-end. Your data (and your customers’ data) is safe with us.
